Berkshire Health Systems is hiring a Certified Respiratory Therapist!

Responsibilities include: 

• To work with the ICU/CCU/ED/MED/SURG personnel to provide responsive state of the art respiratory care.
• To work with the same personnel in the development and implementation of patient centered care.
• To work in a cooperative and supportive manner with Physicians, Staff, and Directors of the ICU/CCU/ED/MED/SURG Units and Respiratory Therapy to achieve that goal.

• Experience:
  • Six months Staff Therapist experience preferred but not required.
• Education and Training:
  • Graduate of AMA approved program of Respiratory Therapy at the Certification level.
  • On a yearly basis meet all hospital mandatory education requirements.
• License, Certification & Registration:
  • MARTL - MA Respiratory Therapist license
  • NBRC-CRT-National Board Respiratory Care CRT
  • CPR
• Other Requirements:
  • Highly effective and positive interpersonal communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Effective problem solving, team building skills, willingness to participate in the education process both as a student and provider of education.
  • Ability to vary shift hours and days to meet schedule needs.
