The Williamstown Housing Authority provides decent, safe and affordable housing opportunities for low income families, elderly and handicapped or disabled persons. The job responsibilities include general office skills, answer all incoming telephone calls, receive maintenance work orders, receive and distribute housing applications, enter all applications and process receipts and maintain tenant files. Receive rent payments and process receipts and enter data in computer system. Proficiency in MSWord, Excel and Outlook required. Strong verbal and written communication skills and good organizational skills a must.
