ROLE AND POSITION OBJECTIVES:

As a systems engineer for SWIS Integrated Product Team Lead, you’ll be a member of a cross functional team responsible for SWIS Systems Development. An IPTL leads a cross-discipline team, manages technical, schedule, and cost aspects, ensures product quality and contract compliance, and assists in reporting and EAC development. 

We encourage you to apply if you have any of these preferred skills or experiences: EVMS Experience/Certification, SP23 and GDMS Process Expertise, Testing Development, and SWIS System Knowledge.

Workplace Options:
This position is on-site with the ability to occasionally Flex from Home in the future. While on-site, you will be a part of the Pittsfield MA facility. 

Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering, or a related Science, Engineering or Mathematics field, plus a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience; or Master's degree, plus a minimum of 6 years of relevant experience. 

CLEARANCE REQUIREMENTS:
Must be able to obtain a Department of Defense Secret security clearance within a reasonable amount of time. Applicants selected will be subject to a U.S. Government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information. Due to the nature of work performed within our facilities, U.S. citizenship is required.
