School Nurse - North Berkshire School Union - Florida

Gabriel Abbott Memorial School is seeking to hire a school nurse for the 2025-2026 school year. Exact schedule and responsibilities to be determined. Salary to commensurate with experience, education, and certification.  

As the school nurse, you will administer medications as needed, attend to staff and students that are ill or injured as appropriate, do required screenings for students, keep accurate records and report to the state as required.  Should be familiar with Massachusetts School Nursing Standards and have the ability to follow state guidelines.  Candidates should be flexible, adaptable, engaging, and caring as well as be comfortable in a small, rural school.

Qualifications:

• Must have a current valid, license to practice as a Registered Nurse in Massachusetts.
• Experience working with children in an educational setting is a plus.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Must pass all required background security checks, including CORI and fingerprinting.
