We are looking for an experienced and motivated Auto Body Technician / Painter to join our growing automotive repair team. We are seeking someone who takes pride in their work, pays attention to detail, and can produce high-quality repairs from start to finish.
- Perform collision and auto body repairs on a variety of vehicles
- Diagnose and repair structural and cosmetic damage
- Perform panel replacement, repair, fitting, and alignment
- Perform bodywork including dent repair, sanding, filling, and preparation
- Prepare vehicles for paint, including masking, sanding, priming, and refinishing
- Mix and apply automotive paint and clear coat
- Match colors and blend adjacent panels when necessary
- Perform quality control inspections throughout the repair process
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Follow manufacturer repair procedures and industry standards
- Properly use and maintain shop equipment and tools
- Communicate effectively with estimators and other members of the repair team
