Job Location - Bedard Brothers Auto Sales- Cheshire, Massachusetts
Position Type Full Time

Job Description:

• Welding and Fabricating skill a plus
• Provides diagnostic assessment of repair needs, based on experience
• Operates most machine shop tools
• Performs necessary/required work in a timely fashion
• Perform work as outlined with efficiency and accuracy, in accordance with dealership & factory standards
• Communicate with parts department to obtain needed parts
• Document work performed on each vehicle on the repair order
• Keep up to date with required factory training and certifications

Skills & Requirements:
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Detail Orientated
Self-Motivation
Driver’s license with a good driving record
Minimum 1 years of work experience as a body shop technician preferred - on site training available for motivated individuals
Willingness to comply with all company policies and uphold standards for service quality.
Must have own tools
Ability to read and write and comprehend written instructions and information
