Job Description

Service Advisor

The Service Advisor is responsible for assisting customers, in person, or on the phone with their service needs. The Service Advisor acts as the liaison between the customer and technician, representing the store and service department in a professional manner. The Service Advisor represents Bedard Brothers through consistent service contact with the customer and technician.

Job Description:
* Delivering the highest level of customer service individually and in conjunction with other store team members.
* Maintains professional relationships with store team members.
* Growing service business monthly.
* Acts as a trusted member of the total store team.
* Being a resource for management and other team members.
* Attend service meetings, listen and learn and participate.
* Understand that the business is built on customer satisfaction and commit to guaranteeing customer satisfaction is maintained at the highest level.
* Personal CSI scores meet or exceed the region average.

Skills & Requirements:
* Strong negotiation and communication skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
* Detail Orientated
* Self-Motivation
* Driver’s license with a good driving record
* Flexibility in work schedule.

Environmental & Physical Requirements:
* While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit, stand, walk, use hands and fingers to feel and handle, reach with arms and hands, talk and hear. While performing the duties of this job, the employee may incidentally be required to kneel and crouch, lift weight up to a maximum of 25 pounds.
