Job Purpose:

Actively participate in and foster the ACB Culture of excellence while supporting the Bank’s strategic initiatives.

Provides support to the Retail and Deposit Operations departments with a wide variety of tasks including cross-training with others, mail, miscellaneous teller transactions and customer maintenance activity.

Consistently and effectively manage behavior within ACB’s established customer service standards and core values while adhering to all established Bank Policy and procedures.

Critical Drivers:

ü  Accurate transaction processing

ü  Superior support to Retail and Deposit Operations staff

ü  Monitor for suspicious or high-risk transactions

ü  Successful completion of special projects as assigned

Duties and Precise Tasks:

1.    Commit to and live by a no excuses environment whereby all employees are held 100% accountable for behaviors, actions, performance & attitudes. 

2.    Adhere to all ACB policies and procedures.

3.    Manage daily electronic banking functions such as ACH transactions[MG1] , online banking, mobile banking and ATM/ITM operations.

4.    Manage dispute process with ATM/ITMs.  Partner with Fraud Supervisor where appropriate.

5.    Work with Accounting Department to research differences or transaction errors associated with ITMs.

6.    Daily RDC and Mobile Capture file risk review, approval and transmission.

7.    Review of online banking ACH Origination files and daily review/approval of online banking Retail ACH files. Responsible for ACH Manager and ensuring all online banking ACH files process daily.

8.    Bill Payment risk review via Client Connect and PartnerCare.

9.    Provide operational support for digital banking products such as: online banking, RSA token management, bill pay, debit cards, printed and electronic statements.

10. Continuously train the Digital Guru team who provides in-branch support to our customers.

11. Manage iOpen/eOpen processes to include creating documents and follow up with the customer.

12. Manage Digital Wallet registration process.

13. Oversee VRU processes.

14. Provide internal and external support, to include direct contact with customers, initial set up, review and maintenance for all electronic banking services.

15. Provide back up support to Treasury Management with various tasks such as completing the set-up of new Cash Management accounts ensuring that forms and contracts have been properly completed and signed and other support as requested.

16. Perform additional duties as requested.
