Hiring DA to join our friendly office in Williamstown. Practice is primarily adult restorative dentistry. Small office with staff of experienced and team oriented co-coworkers. Looking for reliable assistant with pleasant interpersonal interaction, consistent with our gentle and calming atmosphere, and strong 4-handed dentistry and crown and bridge skills. Digital dental software and digital x-rays. Cross training skills desired, but will train for particular office tasks as needed.
Hours: M,T, Th, Fri 7:45- 4:45. Wed am only- no patient treatment, 2-3 hours for weekly office maintenance, cleaning, and administrative tasks. No weekends.
Retirement fund w/ 3% contribution, after one year. Paid time off accumulates at start of employment. Annual bonus scaled to salary and overall performance.
