The administrative assistant performs a wide range of administrative and financial management functions, including oversight of school foundation budgets, processing purchase orders and coordinating bids and bulk supply orders; serves as the immediate contact between the Assistant Superintendent for Business and Finance and staff, public officials, parents and general public; performs all legal tasks, responsibilities and duties as directed; provides for the security of confidential information pertaining to the business office.
This position is 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday. Health, dental and life insurance available. It includes paid sick, personal, vacation days and holidays.
Associate degree required, Bachelor's degree preferred.
