Lead Maintenance Worker
Construction Supervisor or Facilities Certification - Preference: Preferred
The Lead Maintenance Technician performs maintenance services and repairs in the areas of plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, painting, patching, and electrical. S/he is knowledgeable in the procedures and safety measures in area(s) of specialty; familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures. Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. S/he also performs a variety of complicated tasks and a wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected. This person is licensed as a carpenter, electrician, HVAC technician, plumber, and/or mechanic.
- Responsible for upkeep of the building and ground of the campus including but not limited to lawn maintenance, snow removal and maintenance repairs.
-Performs necessary maintenance service and repairs on campus such as basic carpentry, electrical, plumbing etc.
-Responsible for assignment and distribution of campus work requests among maintenance personnel as needed.
-Will be the liaison at the campus for all maintenance related issues.
-Must be available for non-scheduled work hour call-ins.
-Environment of Care Member to ensure compliance agency-wide.
