Member Account Representative, Loan Servicer

The ideal candidate will enjoy working with the public. This individual will perform a wide variety of general clerical duties to provide account management to the Credit Unions members in conformance with federal and state regulations, established bank policies, and operating procedures.

Responsibilities:

• Build customer relationships
• Evaluate customer needs
• Open member accounts and provide member services
• Process loan applications, prepare documentation, coordinate collection
• Assist Sr. Loan officer in loan applications
• Assist with accounting functions

• Previous banking or financial services experience.
• The optimal candidate will have the following credentials, qualifications, education, and work experience:
• High School Diploma or its equivalent
• Minimum 2 years of customer service experience
• Perform as a team player, displaying positive and professional attitude towards members and co-workers
• Customer service oriented
• Great organizational, interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to multitask
• Flexible
• Attention to detail
• Computer Skills
• Adhere to security practices, guidelines, and regulatory compliance
• Saturday availability
• A 6-month probationary period will apply
