Description:
Full-time position immediately available at Berkshire County Arc. We are a large non-profit Human Service Agency. We are growing, have a phenomenal reputation and excellent benefits. Candidate must be high-energy, passionate, motivated, detail-oriented, have a proven track record in raising donor revenue and willingness to work collaboratively. Responsibilities include all Press Releases, and Website Management. This person will oversee the public image and representation of the agency through all aspects of the media, partnering agencies, all development efforts and fostering positive public relations through the planning and implementing of fundraising programs, marketing direction, grant writing and communication. All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, citizenship, disability or protected veteran status.
Requirements:
Candidate must be high-energy, passionate, motivated, detail-oriented, have a proven track record in raising donor revenue and willingness to work collaboratively. Need someone highly skilled in Social Media Marketing as well as Website Management. Strong written and verbal communication a must. Must be familiar with Microsoft Office products and highly computer savvy. Non-profit experience a plus. Bachelor’s Degree in communication, marketing or related field required w/ a minimum of 5 years’ experience. Master’s Degree preferred.
