Personal Lines Account Manager - Wheeler & Taylor, Inc. - Great Barrington

Wheeler & Taylor, the regions premier independent insurance agency, seeks qualified candidates to join our rapidly growing agency.  We are currently recruiting for experienced Personal and  Lines Account Mangers .

This full time, client facing position requires energetic and detailed oriented individuals.  Account Managers are primarily responsible for managing client accounts, maintaining strong relationships and providing excellent customer service. The Account Manager will also be responsible for reviewing insurance policies, identifying client needs, and recommending appropriate coverage options.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize work effectively
• Knowledge of insurance products and services
• Experience in sales or account management
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• P&C License or the ability to obtain it within 1 year
• Insurance industry certifications (e.g., CIC, CISR) are a plus
