Maintenance Staff- This is a full/part-time position with Lennox Heights Condominiums. The ability to use common hand tools, power tools, and power equipment required. Duties include, but not limited to; pool maintenance, gardening, painting, shoveling, and wall/ceiling repair. May lift as much as 75 pounds occasionally. Will be required periodically to be On Call. There can be opportunities for after-hours work with Owners if you so desire.
