Health Care Supervisor (RN)
RN - Preference: Required
The Health Care Supervisor (RN) is primarily responsible for providing various medical supports to individuals with disabilities in a Day Habilitation program. The RN provides medical treatment to individuals as needed and is responsible for recordkeeping and communicating with medical providers and advocating for the medical needs of the people supported by BFAIR. This RN will also supervise an LPN located at a satellite facility, also a Day Habilitation Program. A portion of time will also be dedicated to the agency’s Homecare services.
QUALIFICATIONS: All applicants must be 18 years of age or older, have a high school diploma or GED and valid driver’s license with ready access to an automobile. A Degree in Registered Nursing is required with four years of experience; two involved in providing nursing supports in community services for individuals with developmental disabilities, as well as current license in the State of Massachusetts.
