Ski/Snowboard Rental Shop Technician

Position Summary:

Full-time and part-time seasonal positions either day or night. Ski Rental Technicians are responsible for the efficient and safe distribution and/or repair of ski equipment. Technicians must be able to help customers with boot fitting and equipment rental.

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Knowledge of ski and snowboard equipment.
• Accurately adjust rental bindings to boots without errors.
• Assist in preventative maintenance procedures and repair of equipment.
• Ensure all equipment is cleaned prior to guest delivery.
• Advise guests on proper equipment instructions and usage when applicable.
• Knowledge of resort services.
• Complete rental forms with proper inventory numbers and signatures.
• Accurately take in equipment returns verifying inventory number and return times.
• Assist in trash removal, sweeping and cleaning of the rental shop.
• Perform other duties as requested by Supervisor or Manager.

Qualifications:

• 16 or over.
• Guest and customer service oriented.
• Punctual and prepared to perform work duties.
• Professional and neat in appearance.
• Safety conscious and oriented.
• Available weekends and holiday.
