At CRT Cabulance Inc our job is to care for our community by providing professional transportation service for people who are disabled, handicapped, or elderly. 

We are looking for someone who wants to make a difference for the communities we serve by helping us to support our 100+ employees. You will be in a team of two, interacting with employees with a service-focused, hands on role. As the HR Coordinator you will be an integral member of the team providing our employees with the resources they need to be successful.

Human Resources Coordinator and Payroll

30 Hours/week (Full time for the right candidate)

We are seeking a dedicated HR Coordinator to join our team, where you will play a pivotal role in supporting both workers and managers within our organization, all while prioritizing the unique needs and experiences of our diverse workforce.

Job Functions:

  • Maintain employee records
  • Compliance with federal, state, and local laws/regulations/and best practices
  • Payroll
  • Invoices
  • Audit preparation
  • Assist with projects that will help achieve HR goals for the organization.
  • Support employees, supervisors, and managers as needed

Skills & Knowledge:

  • Excellent organizational and analytical skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Proven ability to demonstrate accuracy.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • Ability to adapt to change and manage priorities.
  • HR and Payroll experience a plus.
  • ADP Workforce Now experience a plus.


  • High School Diploma
  • Some college or additional education preferred.
