The individual in this position is responsible to assist the Associate Manager in the daily administration of the Rental Assistance Program and other projects as assigned in which Berkshire Housing Development Corporation administers.

2-4 Year degree in Business Administration, or related work/life experience
Experience in Management, Public Policy, Subsidized Housing or Fair Housing preferred
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and Internet skills
Effective communication abilities both written and verbal
Strong customer services skills and ability to work with diverse populations
