The Site Superintendent is responsible for general and routine cleaning of the interior and exterior of apartment sites. Various position are available throughout Berkshire County. The Site Superintendent works under the supervision of the Property Manager with regards to maintenance and cleaning issues that affect the efficient management of the facility and the comfort, welfare and safety of the tenants at each property. Strict confidentiality must be always followed and adhered to with regards to tenant related issues.
This position is Monday through Friday from 8:00 am to 4:30 pm. On-call rotation is required and frequency is depdent on site location.
- Must successfully pass Criminal Record Check-CORI and have a valid driver’s license
- Proven ability to multitask with excellent time management skills required.
- Excellent customer service skills a must
- Ability to work effectively and cooperatively as part of a team.
- 1-2 years general maintenance experience including basic plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, custodial and grounds keeping.
- Ability to work effectively and cooperatively as part of a team.

- Dependable with excellent work ethic a must
- Ability to communicate effectively with tenants to address issues and/or concerns.
- Experience operating a plow, zero-turn commercial lawnmower, and golf cart helpful
- Basic computer ability helpful
Job Classification – Full Time (40 hours)
Work Schedule – Monday through Friday - 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM – and a rotating on-call, weekend shift
