The Human Resources Coordinator collaborates with the HR Team to support, process and organize key events in the employee life cycle. This role coordinates the onboarding process of new hires and ensures all necessary credentialing paperwork is completed. Also, this role manages all necessary processes for job changes, promotions and terminations. The position also collaborates with the finance team to process purchase orders for HR & gathers audit data when requested. This person will support CHP’s mission, vision, and values and will adhere to compliance protocols as well as CHP’s policies and procedures.

 

Competencies: To perform the job successfully, an individual should demonstrate the following competencies:

 

  • Strong understanding of credentialing and privileging compliance guidelines a plus.
  • Exceptional customer service and follow-up skills.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Attention to detail with the ability to manage broader issues.
  • Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, team-based environment.
  • Sensitivity and competence in working with diverse cultural backgrounds.
  • High degree of confidentiality and professionalism in handling all HR matters.
