  • The successful Candidate must be willing to be involved in a challenging and fast paced environment.  The Candidate will have close interaction with the manufacturing operation as well as senior management. The successful candidate may also interface/consult with Company customers (large and mid-level). With experience and in-house training, the Candidate will be able provide ideas/improvements for new projects--from testing to production.  This may include manufacturing documentation, pricing, tooling, and working with outside vendors--while actively collaborating with PPE team members.  

    Reporting to the Plant Manager plus continued interface with other senior managers in Operations and Finance.   

    Summarizing, the Manufacturing Analyst will be integrally involved with the development and success of  the Company with customers and projects from infancy to their ongoing success. Intense training and on the job experience will allow for the success of the Candidate.


    • Meet Company objectives towards success of specified projects.
    • Following intensive training, preparing, and executing action plans through establishment of validation protocols/processes.
    • Establish productive, professional relationships with key personnel in the manufacturing process.
    • Integrally work with an assigned manufacturing team and its production associates.
    • Improve and develop with management coaching and professional development with team members. This will enable the Candidate to enhance their ability to service projects encompassing customer objectives.
    • Work and help coordinate customer involvement of other company personnel, including Quality, Engineering, Finance, and Management.
    • Once solidly in place with the job, provide timely feedback to Company senior management regarding manufacturing performance; maintain proper documentation and reporting of various project activity efforts including metrics.
    • Assist in the development and implementation of corrective manufacturing action plans as needed.
  • Minimum of Associates Degree in Mechanical Technology, General Business, Engineering; Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
  • 1 to 5 years of work experience in the plastics industry or in a similar manufacturing environment. Recent degreed graduates will also be considered
  • Strong analytical skills with an introduction to project management experience.
  • Strong business-related skills with the ability to effectively plan, organize, and manage Company resources to meet the Company’s aggressive goals and objectives. 
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize and appropriately judge when and where resources should be used.
  • Solid computer skills required.
  • Persuasive communicator with excellent written and verbal presentation skills.
