2024-64756 - Senior Advanced Systems Engineering - Test & Evaluation

We are seeking a Senior Advance Systems Engineer specializing in Integration, Test and Evaluation for the Autonomous Maritimes Platforms Business to join a highly skilled cross functional team responsible for the development, implementation, and testing of the next generation advanced autonomous systems. You will lead a team through system level verification and operational testing to satisfy requirements and deliver capability to our nation’s military.

• Strong background in the Undersea Domain and Systems engineer process, concepts, and principles
• Experience leading teams of 5-10 engineers through large scale system requirements derivation, test and evaluation
• Proficient across common Military Standards (MIL-STD) for validating and verifying system readiness on naval platforms
• Managing engineering resources (e.g. staff assignments, capital equipment, etc.), organizational interfaces, and engineering scope

Workplace Options:

Requires a Bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering, or a related Science, Engineering or Mathematics field. Also requires 8+ years of job-related experience, or a Master's degree plus 6 years of job-related experience. Agile experience preferred.

CLEARANCE REQUIREMENTS: Department of Defense Secret security clearance is requied within a reasonable period of time. Applicants selected will be subject to a U.S. Government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information. Due to the nature of work performed within our facilities, U.S. citizenship is required.
