As an Advanced Software Engineer for Maritime & Strategic Systems (M&SS), you’ll lead a software team responsible for the design, development, and testing of a tactical Weapon Control System for the CPS Program.

  • Prior experience leading a team of software engineers. Planning, decomposition, and delegation of tasking. Support more junior engineers to help ensure their success.

Workplace Options:

  • This position is ON-SITE (Hybrid/Flex schedule but requires you to be on-site 3+ days a week in our Pittsfield, MA facility)



Requires a Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering, or a related Science, Engineering or Mathematics field. Also requires 5+ years of job-related experience, or a Master's degree plus 3 years of job-related experience. Agile experience preferred.


CLEARANCE REQUIREMENTS: Department of Defense Secret security clearance is required at time of hire, or within a reasonable period of time. Applicants selected will be subject to a U.S. Government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information. Due to the nature of work performed within our facilities, U.S. citizenship is required.
