Lawn Care Manager Technician
Mountain Home Landscape is a Northern Berkshire County landscape company that has been servicing the area since 2008.
Mountain Home Landscape is looking for a Lawn Care Manager Tech. MA Pesticide Applicator’s License is required for the position. The job requires an independent, self motivated and organized individual who can create their own schedule and maintain communication with clients and vendors. Application of lawn care treatments such as fertilization, insect/disease/weed control, and tick prevention. Also to diagnose for any lawn care issues and make necessary treatment schedule that best suits the client and their property.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Adhere to Standard Operating Procedures (SOP)
- Maintain a MA State Pesticide License
- Apply Lawn Care treatments (Fertilization, Insect/Disease/Weed control, and Tick prevention)
- Diagnose lawn issues and make recommendations
- Communicate with clients and vendors
- Perform basic maintenance on spreaders and equipment, arrange for repair or service if needed with owner.
- Organize work on a daily/weekly basis; ensure equipment is ready for use.
- Complete paperwork daily detailing product usage and hours worked.
SCHEDULE
- Monday to Friday 7am to 3:30 pm/ 40 hours a week
- Seasonal
EXPERIENCE
- Lawn Tech 1 year (required)
- MA State Pesticide License (required)
More experience and higher licensing qualifications will increase pay rate.
PAY
- $22.20-$26/hour
- Paid weekly every Friday
