Job Description:

Bella Baby Photography in Williamstown M.A has an opening for a Customer Service Representative:

Hours: Full Time, 40 hours per week- with weekend flexibility during certain seasons

Responsibilities include:

- Work in a team environment where responsibilities/daily tasks are shared/delegated

- Check/maintain various email accounts

- Maintain google documents and spreadsheets

- Booking private sessions for clients

- Manage large amounts of incoming/outgoing calls throughout the day

  • Answer the phone in a professional, courteous, and timely manner
  • Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives; follow up to ensure resolution

-Keep sufficient written records of all customer interactions through our internal record keeping system

- Has proven customer service skills, telephone etiquette, and diplomacy
- Excels in organization, problem solving, and attention to detail
- Must be able to work in a team environment consistently
- Must be knowledgeable and comfortable using a shared google drive, and it’s features
  Google Documents and Google Sheets will be the primary features used
- Is patient, sincere, confident, and flexible: one must feel comfortable asking questions
- Experienced with Mac laptop computers, with a working knowledge of apple and android mobile devices

- Communicate effectively and quickly with your Customer Service team and across company  messaging boards
