The Dental Front Desk Lead (FDL) is responsible for front-end operations of their home location and is tasked with maintaining a high performing front-end team. This includes offering their support, guidance & participation in the following activities: reception staff scheduling, greeting and welcoming patients to CHP and validating all pre-exam requirements. Verifies insurance coverage, collects co-payment, and notifies providers that patients have arrived for their appointments. Responsible for supporting the smooth flow of patients as scheduled. Will actively address performance issues of reception staff and escalate other matters as needed to the Director of Dental Operations. Collaborates with the Director of Dental Operations and other office Leads to promote an optimal patient care experience, maintenance of accurate and timely records, timely billing and revenue cycle management. This person will support CHP’s mission, vision, and values and will adhere to compliance protocols as well as CHP’s policies and procedures.
