- Strong management skills, from identifying staffing needs, to interviewing/ hiring/onboarding, to performance management, and, when necessary, termination.
- Ability to provide constructive feedback including evaluation of providers’ productivity and practice attributes.
- Must be computer literate with ability to enter information in the CHP EHR system and compile reports or data as required.
Education and/or Experience:
- Knowledge of dental care.
- Five or more (5+) years of Dental and/or medical office experience.
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university.
- Relevant experience at CHP or a similar healthcare organization may be substituted for educational requirements.
- Results-proven track record of meeting individual and organizational goals.
