Description:

The Dental Practice Manager (DPM) provides operational leadership and day-to-day oversight of the assigned dental offices and supervises non-clinician dental staff. The DPM collaborates with the Director of Dental Operations and assists in fulfilling CHP’s mission, vision, and values. The DPM ensures the appropriate administrative as well as clinical support staff resources are present daily to achieve operational goals and objectives, including desired levels of clinical productivity and customer service. The DPM tracks adherence to compliance protocols as well as CHP’s policies and procedures and ensures that staff are fully trained to accomplish their jobs and care for CHP patients. This person will support CHP’s mission, vision, and values and will adhere to compliance protocols as well as CHP’s policies and procedures.

  • Ability to provide constructive feedback including evaluation of providers’ productivity and practice attributes.
  • Must be computer literate with ability to enter information in the CHP EHR system and compile reports or data as required.

 

Education and/or Experience:

  • Knowledge of dental care.
  • Five or more (5+) years of Dental and/or medical office experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university.
  • Relevant experience at CHP or a similar healthcare organization may be substituted for educational requirements.
  • Results-proven track record of meeting individual and organizational goals.
