Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Customer Service and Sales Representative to manage and cultivate new leads for our photography sessions while providing great customer service. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and customer service, excellent communication skills, and a passion for helping clients achieve their photography goals. This hybrid position is crucial in driving our business growth and ensuring a seamless client experience from initial contact to final delivery.

Responsibilities:

  • Proactively identify and reach out to potential clients through various channels (phone calls, emails, social media, etc.)
  • Conduct initial consultations to understand clients’ photography needs and preferences
  • Present and promote our photography packages, highlighting the benefits and unique selling points
  • Follow up with leads to nurture relationships and close sales
  • Provide exceptional customer service by responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring client satisfaction
  • Assist clients with booking appointments, selecting packages, and preparing for their photography sessions
  • Collaborate with the photography team to ensure a seamless and enjoyable client experience
  • Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and performance metrics
  • Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and client interactions in our CRM system
  • Continuously seek opportunities to improve the customer service experience and sales processes

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in sales and customer service, preferably in a related field (photography, event planning, etc.)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
  • Ability to handle objections and close sales effectively
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Passion for photography and understanding of the industry is a plus
  • Bilingual (Spanish) or other language is also plus
