Maintenance Technician - Commercial Laundry Facility

The candidate will assist with repairing, maintaining, installing, and trouble shooting industrial equipment, systems, and components, including but not limited to: washers, dryers, steam tunnels, conveyor systems and boilers.  Assist with executing preventive/predictive maintenance, resolving safety concerns, and maintaining an industrial laundry facility.

• Proficient in the proper use of power and hand tools
• Strong electrial troubleshooting ability of 3 phase 230 volt systems
• Experience in carpentry, boiler repair, welding, and general facility repairs
• Must be a team player with enthusiasm, initiative, and pride in work well done; self-starter dedicated to continual quality improvement.
• Conduct preventive maintenance programs and keep m aintenance records
• Install, replace, or change machine parts and attachments, according to specifications
