Description: | Position: Systems / Applications Administrator Reports to: SVP & Chief Technology Officer Grade: 106 Location: MountainOne Financial Headquarters (for all MountainOne Affiliates) The starting salary range for this position is $55,000 - $70,000 dependent upon qualifications and experience. Key Accountabilities: - Provide technical assistance and problem resolution support to staff for Microsoft windows based computers, peripherals, and systems.
- Responsible for problem resolution, escalating exceptions, and suspicious activity.
- First point of contact for end user support.
- Responsible for Active Directory administration .
- Maintain system integrity through ensuring all workstations are updated with required software and patches.
- Participates in various Bank projects.
- Maintain and support all Information Security policies, Technology Acceptable use, Mobile Device and Password policies. Educate and provide training for bank staff on all IT related policies
Specific Duties: - On a daily basis resolve software/hardware, server, and telephone issues ensuring employees ability to perform, escalating to internal senior staff or vendor support as needed.
- Administrative functions such as resetting passwords, establishing and maintaining users, unlocking users, granting rights, in accordance with policies.
- Anti-virus updates and remediation as necessary.
- Oversee real-time scanning of workstations and following up on vulnerabilities, missing patches.
- Ensure workstations are updated with Windows and third party software in accordance with Bank policy.
- Apply OS patches and upgrades on a regular basis and upgrade administrative tools and utilities.
- Maintain current inventory listing of all hardware and software of MountainOne and assist with maintaining documentation to ensure compliance with software copyright / licensing.
- Repair and recover from hardware or software failures.
- Build and/or Rebuild PC’s, set up workstations, install and configure printers as needed.
- Use of personal mobile phone for MFA, email, and escalations
Qualifications: - 2+ years’ experience in an end user help desk support role
- Working knowledge of Windows 11.
- Ability to install, configure and maintain computers in a windows domain.
- General understanding of networking for troubleshooting purposes.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve computer related issues in an efficient and timely manner.
- Strong motivational, organizational, and training skills.
- Strong verbal and written communications skills.
- Ability to communicate technical information to non-technical personnel.
- Ability to work as part of a team while calmly assessing and prioritize issues as they arise.
- Office 365 experience a plus.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and adapt to rapidly changing situations.
- Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion, be adaptable to various competing demands, and demonstrate the highest level of customer/client service.
- Possess a valid driver’s license, vehicle registration and personal liability auto insurance.
- Ability to lift forty pounds.
- Ability to exhibit a professional behavior, and adhere to all Bank policies.
- Ability to effectively communicate information and respond to questions in person and in group settings with customers, vendors, and employees.
