As a CARE Team Leader, you’ll ensure the team delivers on our goal to show genuine care for our field partner and consumers through the work that we do. The candidate will also be skilled at mitigating risk such as NAIC illustration & replacement regulations, NY Reg 187, etc., and ensure adherence regulations while balancing the field and consumer experience. Reporting Relationships As our CARE Team Leader, you’ll report to a CARE Manager who reports to our Head of Life & DI New Business Operations. Location The primary location for this position is our Bethlehem, PA, or Pittsfield, MA, office location for three days each week, and work from home eligible for two days each week. You must be able to come to campus at any time and the required number of in office days are subject to change. Travel 10% Travel required for this position. You’ll be expected to travel to a Guardian work location, as determined by your manager. Salary Range: $68,970.00 - $113,310.00 The salary range reflected above is a good faith estimate of base pay for the primary location of the position. The salary for this position ultimately will be determined based on the education, experience, knowledge, and abilities of the successful candidate. In addition to salary, this role may also be eligible for annual, sales, or other incentive compensation.
