RBT/Behavior Technician (ABA) Join our ABA team and you'll have the opportunity to work directly with children and families in their natural environments, building strong relationships and helping children with ASD increase language, self-help, play, social skills, ADL skills, and decreasing challenging behaviors that make a difference in their everyday lives. You will be offered cases with visits that occur with children during after-school period (3 PM-7 PM). This role is ideal for technicians seeking to work with children outside of a school or clinic setting. You will work under the supervision and support of a BCBA and work collaboratively with Early Intervention specialists and families in support of the goals, objectives and strategies identified in the child's behavioral treatment plans. We are looking for a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), related credential such as BCAT, ABAT or a non-certified behavior technician with early childhood, special education, and/or ABA experience with afternoon availability. UCP offers all your resources to complete your job effectively along with RBT training and CPR/First Aid at no cost! Visits take place in homes or community setting so a reliable vehicle, valid license is a must. The safety of our families is paramount and we require full background checks and evidence of MMR immunity. You must be good with electronic documentation, manage time well, be very organized, able to effectively communicate with colleagues and families and build rapport with children.
