A local CPA firm is seeking a career-oriented individual to assist with performing a wide variety of administrative tasks, and provide client project management, and support to professional staff. The ideal candidate should be a professional individual with exceptional communication skills and have a minimum of an Associate’s Degree or equivalent experience. Must be attentive to detail and enjoy working with people. Must be knowledgeable and have experience using Microsoft Office Products, Adobe Acrobat Pro, and QuickBooks. This is a full-time position with competitive fringe benefits. Must be able to work overtime from February to April. Job Responsibilities: - Data entry and database management
- Preparation of computerized billing/statements/reports
- Project management – coordinating client project resources, client data, and tracking projects
- Filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning, etc.
- Inventory and Order supplies
- Office and equipment maintenance
- Answer telephone calls and manage appointments
- Organize and schedule training sessions and meetings for staff
- Bookkeeping using QuickBooks
Job Qualifications: - Associate’s Degree or equivalent experience
- Excellent computer skills and proficiency with all Microsoft Office Products, Adobe Acrobat Pro, and QuickBooks
- Attentive to detail and excellent communication skills
- Work independently and as part of a team
- Must be able to work overtime from January to April
