Crm Integrity Analyst

JR10000001207
Williamstown, MA (Main Campus)

We're excited to introduce a newly created role at Williams College: the CRM Integrity Analyst.

In this position, you'll use superior analytical and problem solving skills to evaluate operational needs and use expertise and independent judgment to strengthen the systems that power our fundraising, alumni engagement, and career outreach efforts. Acting as the CRM and data systems expert, your work will directly improve the accuracy, functionality, and efficiency of our CRM and related tools, helping ensure our colleagues across campus can rely on high-quality data to do their best work to inform their work and decision-making.

As part of the Office of College Relations (OCR), you'll collaborate with colleagues to enhance data structures, build and maintain essential reports, streamline workflows, and automate processes within our CRM environment. You will design and implement system enhancements, including queries, validations, and data structures, while proactively identifying opportunities to improve processes and data integrity. You'll evaluate, develop, code, test, implement, and document identified projects. Projects could include data imports, data exports, new data entry forms, new reports, dashboards or dashboard exports, system integrations, or modifications to existing reports and procedures.

You'll work toward simplifying and automating tasks as much as possible by reviewing existing processes to see where the CRM or other external programming systems can be useful. You'll also support system integrations, troubleshoot technical and data issues, and provide user support to keep everything running smoothly. At times, you may also partner with our Data Management team on key data entry work, including donations and constituent records, handle ad hoc tickets received from end users, or serve as a backup when the Assistant Director is not available.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys solving problems, improving systems, and working collaboratively in a mission-driven environment. At Williams, we're committed to fostering a diverse and inclusive community, and we value team members who thrive in and contribute to a workplace that reflects a wide range of backgrounds, experiences, and perspectives.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree and at least 1 year of experience in data quality assurance or data maintenance, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Experience with data quality, data maintenance, and attention to detail
  • Ability to quickly learn and navigate new software systems
  • Proficiency with Google applications
  • Strong discretion in handling confidential information
  • Experience evaluating processes and identifying improvements
  • Effective communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, work independently, and as part of a team
  • Experience with CRM queries, SQL, or other programming languages (preferred)
  • Experience with Slate CRM (preferred)
  • Experience with system integrations and data exchanges (SnapLogic a plus)
  • Familiarity with advancement systems and business processes (preferred)

In select circumstances, hybrid on-site/remote work arrangements may be available for up to 2 days per week of remote work for employees based in MA, NY, CT, or VT, following a fully in-person onboarding period. This position requires a minimum of 3 days per week of on-campus, in-person work.

Application review will begin on April 29, 2026. Pay ranges from $62,000 - $72,000, commensurate with experience.

A cover letter is required for consideration. This will provide an opportunity for you to share interests and experiences that align with Advancement Operations and Data Management's mission and values. Please attach your cover letter as a separate document in your application.
