Description:

The Timekeeping System Analyst is responsible for overseeing and supporting all aspects of the organization’s timekeeping and scheduling system processes. This position focuses on driving process improvements, building operational efficiencies and ensuring that the user experience remains at the center of all support provided. The Timekeeping System Analyst responds to employee and manager inquiries and provides expert support across Payroll and HR Shared Services and collaborates closely with internal stakeholders and external partners to maintain accuracy, compliance, and operational excellence. This role leads key day-to-day processing and auditing, identifies and implements system and process enhancements and ensures effective utilization of applications across all levels of the organization.

Schedule:

  • 40hrs/week
  • 8:00am-4:30pm
Requirements:
  • JOB REQUIREMENTS
    • Experience:
      • Three years related experience required. Human Resources (Benefits, HRIS, Compensation, Payroll, Shared Services, etc.) is preferred.

      • Leading projects and/or project team activities.
    • Education:
      • Bachelor's Degree required.
    • Licensure & Certifications:
      • None.

    • Highly self-motivated individual with ability to work independently, think pro-actively, prioritize workload and manage multiple tasks requiring rigorous and meticulous attention to detail.
