Description:
The Adams Community Develoment is seeking an energetic individual to manage the Town's community and economic development programs to meet the Town'sgrowth and development goals. Manages and provides technical expertise in the development and implementation of municipal land use policies. Manages the Town's ongoing CDBG program, including the Adams Housing Rehabilitaion Program.
Requirements:
Position requieres sufficient knowledge of community/ecominic development concepts and land use management; experience in program development, project management and in identifying/ obtaining state and federal financial recources to advance the Town's community and economic development objectives. Candidates should be highly motivated and have the ability to multi-task, set goals, and employ a strategic approach to planning and managing multiple, complex issues.
