MCLA is looking for a fitness center attendant for additional coverage while students are on break. The position will be required to have great customer service skills, work independently and be able and willing to keep the facility clean and sanitized.
The position will be responsible for:
- Attendant at the front desk.
- Checking users both in and out of the facility.
- Putting away unused equipment.
- Wiping down equipment as needed.
- Sign users into the membership software portal.
- Assist users with signing up for a membership if needed.
- Ensure users check in to the facility.
- Complete daily cleaning tasks.
- Ensure a safe facility.
- Report any emergencies or issues with equipment.
Job Requirements:
- Strong customer service.
- Organization and attention to detail.
- Ability to function independently without supervision.

This is a temporary, part-time position paying $15.00 per hour. Position will begin on December 18th, 2025, and run through January 20, 2026. Offered hours will be Monday - Friday 4:00 PM to 9:00 PM, and Saturday and Sunday from 12:00 PM to 4:00 PM.
