Description: | - Install and test low voltage Building Management Systems and HVAC Controls Systems to include: controllers, control panels, wire/cabling, transformers, sensors, actuators, etc.
- Projects will be on both active construction sites and occupied buildings
- Must be able to complete work orders on time
- Must be able to create records of materials used
- Must be able to work well with a team

| Requirements: | - Must be proficient in EMT installation and low volteg rough in
- Must be able to pass CORI and Background check
- Must be able to understand and apply blueprints and technical diagrams
- Must be able to inspect electrical components including transformers and circuit breakers
- Must be able to use testing devices to identify and report electrical problems
- Must be able to use hand and power tools, work from ladders and lifts, use conduit benders and rigid conduit threader
- Must be able to adhere to state and local building regulations
