Description: | Essential Job Functions
Administrative: - Coordination and assignment of intakes to clinicians. Oversee triage of intakes and waiting list when necessitated by volume. Monthly review of clinicians’ productivity and caseloads. Initiate annual personnel evaluations of staff. Participate in hiring of staff and addressing performance issues as appropriate
- Responsible for Outpatient Services daily operations as assigned and in the absence of Program Director
- Communicate flow of information from Outpatient Managers’ meetings to staff and back from staff
- In weekly clinical team meetings, direct utilization review and quality assurance of focused treatment plans for new and continuing clients with attention to clinical assessment, payor, client’s use of treatment, length and intensity of treatment. Approve requests for initial financial subsidies for extension of treatment
Supervisory: - Responsible for direct clinical supervision of assigned staff and consultation to any consultation to any clinician as needed. Develop clinical leadership role in team and staff meetings
- Directly supervise office management staff. Oversee the functions of reception, clerical, financial, client registration, medical scheduling, and clinical records management
- Provide clinical assessments and psychotherapy to varied caseload of adults, couples and families including groups
- Meet weekly with Program Director
Direct Service: Reporting Relationships: - Meet weekly with Outpatient Managers regarding clinical team responsibilities and overall direction, policy and procedures of agency’s outpatient clinics

- LCSW, LICSW, LMHC required within 6 months of eligibility date
- Depth of clinical and supervisory experience
