Description: | Community Health Programs Inc., a dynamic, progressive community health center in Berkshire County, Massachusetts, seeks a Director of Operations to oversee medical, dental, behavioral health and nutrition operations. In this role, you will lead site and department managers and collaborate with clinical leadership to ensure efficient and effective service delivery across multiple sites that care for more than 30,000 patients. The Director of Operations collaborates with our administrative team to enable successful management of revenue cycle, human resources, staff development, compliance and regulatory preparedness and supports a culture of continuous improvement. The Director works closely with the Senior Vice President of Operations and the leadership team to meet operational and strategic goals and to ensure the health center operates in compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations, while delivering excellent quality and service. This person will support CHP’s mission, vision, and values and will adhere to compliance protocols as well as CHP’s policies and procedures. |

A combination of work experience and education may be considered.
- A minimum of five (5) years of operational management experience in multi-specialty ambulatory care required, with experience in a federally qualified health center strongly preferred.
- Must work well within a multidisciplinary team and have excellent interpersonal, computer and personnel management skills.
- Computer skills including word, excel and EMR experience.
- Must have driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Experience with value-based care preferred.
