Description: | Position: SHINE Program Supervisor General Responsibilities: Manage all aspects of the ESBC SHINE program, including management of volunteer health benefit counselors, program reporting, record keeping, public relations, customer service, and outreach to consumers, including elders and their spouses, caregivers, disabled Medicare beneficiaries, and low income, limited English speaking or minority individuals. Reports to: Community Services Director and State SHINE Program Director - Experience with public speaking preferred - comfort speaking in public necessary
- Excellent interpersonal skills; strong oral and written communication skills
- Experience as a problem solver
- Knowledge of the elder network
- Time management skills essential
- Driver's license and access to insured transportation required
- Strong Computer skills required.
- Ability to lead and supervise a diverse team of highly educated
- Willingness and ability to attend meetings throughout Massachusetts

Requirements: | Educational/Experience Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in human services or related field. Three years’ experience in community/elder organizing and working with volunteers. Experience conducting large and small group meetings. |
