Optimal Healing, LLC seeks motivated junior and senior mental health interns & practitioners with a holistic and community-based mindset to join our hybrid group practice.

Requirements:

Qualified candidates must be licensed mental health clinicians, social workers, or professionals in other fields.  Interns must enroll in a qualified programs of study for paid/unpaid options.


Junior Clinicians are required to receive weekly supervision for a full-time caseload—competitive fee for service reimbursement to commensurate with experience.


Senior Clinicians can practice independently. Full-time caseloads allow for a flexible schedule and a six-figure salary for motivated and disciplined practitioners.
