Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW)
Job Type: Full Time
Schedule: 37.5 hrs/wk
Location: North Adams, MA

$2,500 Sign-on Bonus

Position Overview

Join our team and make a significant impact on the lives of individuals with developmental disabilities. As a seasoned clinician, you'll have the opportunity to lead and implement innovative Positive Behavioral Support (PBS) programs. Your expertise will be instrumental in empowering individuals to achieve greater independence, autonomy, and quality of life. This position provides clinical support to adults with autism and developmental disabilities as a member of the Family Support team. Responsibilities include individual and group support, program development, crisis intervention, collaboration with various stakeholders, and adherence to professional and safety protocols.

Requirements:

LICSW Qualifications 

  • Licensed clinical social worker (LICSW)  in good standing with the Massachusetts Board of Registration.
  • Experience in service delivery to individuals with Autism, developmental disabilities, cognitive impairment, and behavior concerns. Minimum of at least 3 years of training, including post graduate class work or formal training, and/or experience in function based behavioral assessment and treatment; and clinical experience in the treatment of individuals with intellectual/developmental disabilities.
  • Knowledge of community-based health systems and resources
  • Experience with electronic documentation.
  • Ability to work flexible hours to respond to program scheduling needs.
  • Ability to maintain bi-annual certification in Adult First Aid/CPR certification.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office/Office 365-word processing, email and database skills and remote applications such as Zoom.
  • Valid driver’s license, availability of private vehicle, up-to-date car insurance
  • Satisfactory background checks including CORI, SORI, DPPC, OIG, driving record and National Fingerprint Background Check
