Description:
We're looking for a 1st Shift General Utility team member to help keep things running smoothly at Great Barrington client’s plant. You’ll play a key role in supporting the laminator, finishing, and converting processes. Your day will involve tasks like moving and staging rolls, threading machines, performing quality checks, and keeping things tidy around the shop. You’ll work closely with management, Sheeter Operators, Material Handlers, and Paster Operators to ensure everything operates safely and efficiently.
Pay: $23.20/HR to start.

What You'll Do:
  • Lend a hand to the Sheeter and Paster Operators when needed.
  • Make sure all products coming in and out are tracked and documented.
  • Operate material handling equipment safely and efficiently.
  • Stick to safety protocols and follow proper work procedures.
  • Keep your work area and machinery neat and hazard-free.
  • Always wear the required safety gear and follow safety rules.
What We’re Looking For:
  • High school diploma or GED, or up to a year of related experience or training.
  • Basic math and computer skills.
  • Ability to follow job procedures and operating instructions.
