Essential Job Functions: • Assists in maintaining the storage and rotation of supplies in accordance with local processes, organizational policies and manufacturer directions. • Assists in the distribution of medical supplies and PPE to ensure staff have what they need to provide high quality and safe care. This will require collaboration with leadership. • Assists in maintaining and tracking inventory in accordance with par levels as directed. • Assists with maintaining and completing necessary processes for dis-infecting and re-distributing re-useable PPE. • Assists in checking to assure purchase orders are properly prepared, signed, submitted and checked against invoices upon delivery of purchased goods. • Assists with preparing correspondence and claims concerning damaged merchandise, errors in shipment, etc., and return to vendor as required |
