Description:

Pittsfield Non-Profit  seeks a Part Time (25 hrs a week) PCA Administrative Coordinator to work closely with the Program Manager to perform and coordinate essential administrative functions for the organizations Personal Care Attendant (PCA) Program. This role is critical for ensuring the timely completion, submission, and tracking of program information, including evaluations, functional skills training, and overtime requests. Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the Program Manager to ensure timely completion, submission, and tracking of PCA program information.
  • Track and ensure compliance with overtime requests per MassHealth contractual guidelines.
  • Monitor and ensure the timely completion of consumer evaluations and re-evaluations in line with MassHealth standards.
  • Oversee the input of functional skills training data to ensure compliance with MassHealth guidelines.
  • Assist in tracking and reporting data for quarterly report to MassHealth.
  • Support the Program Manager in establishing systems to meet essential contractual data reporting requirements.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the Program Manager or Executive Director.

  • Strong phone, organizational, and computer skills.
  • Ability to communicate professionally and effectively with consumers, human service workers, and other professionals.
  • Proficient in word processing, spreadsheet applications, and internet-based tools.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent time management skills.
