Description:

The position works closely with the Chief Executive Officer on a wide variety of administatrive functions in support of the Boys & Girls Club of the Berkshires. The position requires proficiency in the full range of general office services and function as well as knowledge of the services and programs offered by the Club. 

Requirements:
  • Organization and Time Management - manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings. Adept at priortizing task and managing time effectively. 
  • Strong Communication Skills - both verbally and in writing. Liaision between the CEO, clients, and other team members.
  • Problem-Solving/Critical Thinker - Adept at handling various challenges, should be resourceful, and able to think critically to find solutions to issues that may arise. 
  • Attention to Detail - Responsible for preparing and reviewing documents, managing correspondence, and ensuring accuracy in all tasks. 
  • Professionalism and Discretion - Must maintain a high level of professionalism and discretion in handling confidential matters and maintaining confidentiality. 
  • Adaptability and Flexibility - Adept in working in a dynamic environment and must be adapatable to changing priorities and deadlines. Flexible and able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Relationship Building - Building postivie relationships with colleagues, clients, youth, and stakeholders is crucuial. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work well with people at all levels. 
  • Proactive and Initiative - Anticipate the needs of the CEO and the organization. Able to take on task independently and provide support without constant supervision.
