Initial duties and responsibilities:

• Perform preliminary exam testing and room patients
  
• Perform other diagnostic testing and patient training
• Welcome patient at the front desk
• Answer phone calls and direct calls appropriately
• Pull and prepare charts for the coming days
• Schedule appointments
• Check insurance eligibility
• Check patients in/out during time of appointment
• Copy, fax, and/or scan documents
• Confirm appointments
• Help manage patient flow to ensure the doctors stay on schedule
• Help with various front desk tasks

• Ability to accurately multi-task and be able to learn different jobs and tasks within the practice
• Meets commitments and is punctual
• Ability to work as part of a team
• Completes administrative tasks completely, correctly, and on time
